The Folkestone Inn had been purchased by new owners after the B & B had been on the market for some time and had a less than stellar reputation due to the lack of attention from the previous owners.  Scott and Toni Rowe needed a promotional video that would help to “reignite” its customer base and build a new story to attract new guests to their inn.  Irene and her team created a “New” story for The Folkestone Inn that included an overview of the inn, the surrounding area and testimonials from actual guests who relish spending time at the B & B.  The video is consistently used in all their guest communication, website, newsletter and shorter versions are utilized on social media.  Bookings have significantly increased as a result of the new video coupled with the exceptional experience guests receive when they visit the inn.
