Windsong Properties’ focus is in Active Adult/55 & Better communities.  Echols Farm is their largest community to date, and it was critical to utilize MIM’s expertise in master-planned community branding coupled with Irene’s previous background running marketing strategy for Georgia's Del Webb brand.  Beyond branding, MIM created a presale video to initiate the first stages of the community’s development for use on their website and on all digital media platforms to help build early sales momentum.  Currently, Irene and her team are working on an interactive Welcome Center to be completed later this summer.
